Basically subtract three from level requirements for adventure zones.
You will be able to get quest from x7, such as lvl 67 in Keshatta, 57 on TR and AA, etc.
Another thing is appropriate bind point will make your life easier when travel.
Best travel point at 57 is AA, as far as you can click on NPC in zone and select travel to Guild city and it places you 1 minute from TR.
It saves you ton of time when you shuttle around questing between TR and AA.
There is no easy solution for AA and Keshatta. I stayed bind in AA and run to Keshatta from guild city.
Some find it easier to travel to AA via Conal's valey and Lakeish planes and bind to Keshatta.
Thus either (Pontain->Wild Lands-> OT-> Khemi ->Khosheph->PLS)
or (Pontain->Wild Lands-> OT-> Conarch ->CV->FoD->Lakeish Planes)
