A)In the Age of Conan forums. You guys seem like exactly what i've been looking for since I decided to come back to the MMORPG world.

Q) Are you currently in any other Age of Conan guilds? Please tell us your reason for wanting to leave if you answered yes.
A)Yes I am in Darkened Lords on Deathwhisper PvP. I joined them before I started the game and I really like the guild and the people in it but I really cannot deal with being on a PVP server. Sometimes I just want to explore the world without being ganked, I understand it is part of being on a PVP server so that is why i've decided to move to a PVE server.

Q) Have you applied to any other Age of Conan guilds? Please tell us the status of your application if you answered yes.
A) Just the above mentioned

Q) What class and level are you? If you're not playing yet, what class do you intend to conquer Hyboria with?
A) I was LVL 20 Demonoligist and I will reroll the same here on this server. So I will be starting over as of now. I will be playing on this server even if i'm denied.

Q) We like to have fun, how's your sense of humor? Not so good? Good? You're a standup comedian you say?
A) I have an excellent sence of humor. Nothing offends me, and I never take anything personally.

Q) What other MMO's have you played if any: [Acquired a few skills from some other games eh? Tell us about them]
A) I played DAOC for 5 years I quit about a year ago when I got out of the US Air Force. I tried WOW at its release but couldn't get used to the cartoon graphics so I went back to Camelot. The reason I quit was because I was hurt whilr in the AF and getting out took most of my time then I moved back home to the Bronx and shortly after that y wife and I decided to buy a house here in Rochester so the kids would have good schools to go to. Now we are settled and I am ready to resume playing and liked what I seen from AoC.

Q) What makes you want to join us over some of the other AoC guilds? [let us know!]
A) Everything i've read about your guild on the forums was good and it sounds like you guys have the same idea when it comes to gaming as I do. I love helping out guildies when they need help and I also like people to help me out when I need it as well as just talking with the guys in vent.

A) I was in the US Air Force for 13 years. I traveled all around the world and seen many great places and many bad places and i've learned to appreciate all of the things I have as well as not to waste my time getting upset over things because when I take a step back I realize nothing is worth ruining my day over. I used to play football, baseball, bike riding and whatever activity I could get around to until I was hurt. Now I have replaced that with computer games. I hurt my hip about 6 years ago and I just started getting worse as the years went by until I was forced medical retirement from the AF. I really wish I could have stayed in for at least 20 years but what the hell now I get paid to play video games and play with my kids. I really sucks that I have to deal with all of this pain but you take the good with the bad. As I ramble on and on LOL.

I was in the US Air Force for 13 years.

As I posted on another app, thank you for everything that you've done for our country. You guys never get the thanks you deserve. Any time I see a serviceman, I try to make sure to thank them too.

As for the Air Force, all I have to say is YOU LUCKY BASTARD! Growing up, all I wanted to do was be a pilot. Everyone kept telling me that b/c I was a girl I'd never make it. In the end, it was my eyesight that beat me. Instead of pictures of hot teen guys on my walls like most girls my age, I had F-18 and F-16 posters everywhere.

You seem like a good sort, but I'd like to hear a bit more about you. Since you were stationed all over creation, tell us about your favorite place to live (or at least be posted to), and maybe a funny military story. Those are always good.

You're app looks pretty good so far. I'm sure glad to see that you've told us a little about yourself. I'm also glad that you have children and gaming to offset the injury and pain of having to leave what you love. Thank you for your service.

Now if you don't mind, I would like to hear a little about what you did in the Air Force. I don't really know much about the AF. What I do know is old news from past wars and such. Things have probably changed quite a bit with technology.

What do you do up there in NY? I have a friend from up that away and he's one of the biggest rednecks I know. Sounds like a good place.

Ex RAF here but i didnt do anything exciting like fly planes and the like (as im afraid of heights it probably wouldnt have been a very good idea anyway lol), was but a mere medic.

Hey guys. Sorry but I will get to all your questions tomorrow. Its Fathers day and my kids took all of my time and now its my wife's turn to have me for a while. So what did you do in the Air Force (your AFSC). I was a combat controller till i ended up tangling with a barbed wire fence on a training jump in california. Ah those were the days tho. I wish I could have retired also, but those are the breaks, literally. Liked the app, and gl on your endevors.

Ok guys My name is Mike, I am 31 Years old but to my kids I am 5. I really love playing with my 2 children Vivi and Mike Jr (botz). We calll him Botz because When he was born Vivianne started calling him something that sounds like that and it means crazy in Italian so we call him Botz, Botzy, Botzboy, Botchka, Botzy baga donuts. Any my job is to take care of the children, swimming in the pool mowing the grass on my John Deere and being a pain in the ass to my wife. Everything worked out so we don't have to work with retirement pay so we will be staying home till both kids are in school full time. After that we will be opening either a Dayspa (Wife is a esthetician, Facials Microdermabrasion, you know stuff like that ????) or some kind of store. I was stationed only at one base (Grandforks ND) but we were TDY (Temparory Duty) all of the time. Every year we were gone for about 8 months of the year. I Lived in everything from tents to 5 star hotels. We were gone probably more then most people in the AF because we worked on the KC135R. That is the main refueler right now for the military but should be phasing them out any time now(Very old but reliable planes) because they are getting very expensive to fly since they are getting so old. I worked on the Jet engines and loved it. But after being in so long they take that away and make you into a supervisor and then life changes fast and you are no longer able to have as much fun. I'll say my favoritp place to go was Crete a little island off of greece. Talk a beautiful place. and the Bars......WOW amazing. I remember going there and heading to town and going to the ATM machine and not knowing the exchange rate. So we all look and think its about the same structure as here. I go to take out where $100 button usually is and we all do the same and we go clubbing. Drinking every type of beer, ordering every different shots they had, eating like a king, just spending away. Had to hit the ATM again and again. Anyway we all got drunk, laid and carried back to our 5* hotel. wake up a 9AM heas to the flightline because it was just supposed to be a 24hr stop. We find out the plane is broke and we are stuck for 5 days till the part comes in. So after 5 of the best days of a young sex crazed mans life we finally get to our destination...Then we finish our 10 day Hop mission(Just means we fly to a bunch of different bases ferrying a bunch of F-15's and 16's either over to the mid-east or back home). So I get home and a few weeks later I get my American express bill and it is over 8000 bucks. I started to laugh and cry at the same time. I guess those buttons I thought were $100 were reall closer to $1000. That took me a long time to pay off as a young kid who didn't make enough money to pay for beer and gas( usually went for the beer and walked lol). Oh well let me get into the game now. Let me know whats up and I would love to get in vent and talk to you guys while playing. I got Fugasi the Demonoligist I started saturday up to lvl 19 in a few hours but haven't played since due to Fathers day and todays errands. Ok Hope to hear from you guys soon.

My eyes crossed trying to read that wall 'o text, but it was a good story overall. I totally sympathize with your "spending WAY too much money because you didn't understand the exchange rate" story; I've done that myself.

Well I have got my Demonoligist Fugasi up to lvl 25 in the past 2 days so i'm progressing slowly but surely. I don't know if its going slow or fast?? Is 25 lvls in 2 days of playing slow?? It too me about a week the first time top get to 20 but since I knew where to go now I did alot better. I'm getting a little bored playing without vent on to talk to people but hopefully that will end soon. Hope to get to 30 tonight or farther so i'll see you guys in game soon.

Sorry I couldn't get to play tonight. Was a hard day, my mother in law had to have surgery on her legs to get a few stents put in. She had 90% blockage in arteries on both legs. She is doing much better and will be home from hospital tomorrow. Oh by the way I made the basement into an apartment so my mother in law could live with us. She is not the normal in law, she always takes my side so I'm cool with her living here lol. But she was having trouble when she walked with pressure in her legs, we were lucky we forced her to go to the hospital to get it checked or we could have lost her. Thank god everything worked out OK. Give her your prayers. Hopefully will see you guys soon. I should be back on tomorrow.

Rochester isn't really NY. At leats not how most people elsewhere in the country think of it.

Great app ... I feel like I know you already ... am sorry about your injury and that you are still in pain. I think you would make a good member, so it's thumbs up from me. I played DAOC for years and I loved it too until the Atlantis expansion. Even then I stayed for a while ... the rvr was great fun ... so unlike the pvp in most games or the pathetic stuff in wow.
