Star Trek Online: Infogrames acquires Cryptic Studios

Infogrames, the parent company of Atari, announced today that they have entered in to a "definitive agreement" to acquire Cryptic Studios.

Well, there went that game. I have been rather underwhelmed by the quality of the games coming out of Infogrames/Atari of late.

I was looking forward to this game as well. It's too bad it's being tossed around like a hot potato. It was Rez'd from the dead once already, now it's changing hands again.

...and delayed into 2010.
