A) No ,one is enough for the wife to handle.

A) No.

A) I'm not a stand up comedian, I have a graet sense of humor, I can make the wife laugh so i guess that ALL that counts.


What other MMO's have you played if any: [Acquired a few skills from some other games eh? Tell us about them]
A) I started gaming with Asherons call, then I played Dark ages, I played DaOC for a very long time, then most if not all friends moved to SWG, I wasnt really into that much so i took a break. I picked up Daoc again for a short time and got sucked back into gaming with WOW, with most of my RL friend playing others games(Prirates, and a few others i wasnt interested in) I got wind of them playing AoC, tried it liked it, and once again they moved..to WAR so thats that.

Wizblade was usually my main for all games.

Q) What makes you want to join us over some of the other guilds? [let us know!]
A) I like having a strong guild thats helps ALL members, and the fact that I enjoy gamming most with RL friends.

hobbies, about your work, favorite story etc.
A) I have been in the CDN army for 17 years now(all set to retire in 2010) I plan to live off the wife as she just joined.
I have a little girl (Kaira 3) and a boy due on the 18Nov, I am very much a family man.
I like to work with computers(no expert though) and woodworking(made my own computer tower)
In the summer we do alot of camping and family outings.
I am an extremely easy going guy,

Overall I give a 7/10 rating on the meat of the application, he has my vote!

This to me rings of one who has been part of a "Power Gaming Guild" that cares nothing for the individual. We have all been there in the past in one form or another, I don't necessarily think someone who has drank the Kool-Aid would necessarily be the best fit.

"I like having a strong guild thats helps ALL members"

This statement says 2 things to me. The applicant may have a the world is stacked against me, how come no one will HELP ME mentality. The "strong guild" part again makes me think of Power Gaming Guilds and I question if this would be the best fit.

Pretty bland to me otherwise, a tentative . I can be swayed of course, there is potential here.

Well not to call you out or anything Sin, but... "Organization is always the key "shut up and listen to the organizer" is very important whether you be a hardcore guild or a casual guild. Considering you will always have organized raids or events and there will always be the Main person who is running the whole thing you need to listen to them for it to go well.

"I like having a strong guild that helps ALL members" Isn't necessarily someone who 'has the world stacked against him' could be that he saw how we are to fellow guildies and that we are more than willing to help anyone who needs it.

Sure your points are all valid, I made the assumptions I did based on it's thinness.

Of course those are important, I would just not consider myself guy who likes to hang with folks that tell him to shut up as opposed to be quiet.

Like I said however sway me. There are many details about the applicant I liked, just fishing for some warm fuzzies.

We have a name, it will be Kyle..so Kaira and Kyle.

Im not the type of person to tell peeps to shut up, its just an observation, when Raids / Events take place it usually takes longer cause people dont listen. Online time is precious for most players.

As for being part of a strong guild that helps eveyone, I did see alot of HammerFist in scenarios max level grouped with lower lvls. Its nice to see.

As for a story, In my first wife days(separation and divorce), something would always happen when I drank, I got into a drinking compitition with a good freind, i was kicking his butt, but he got me good in the end , he was buying us drinks..mine was vodka shots and his were water. Well when he told me I was wasted and got into an integrity rant...I got home and in my drunken stuper logged onto the MMO(Daoc)we were playing, ("I'll show him") and quit the guild...I was the talk of the entire GU...and I had my own title "Drunken ASS".
This is always talked about when i see all the guys that were there.
Maybe more embarassing than funny but oh well! Things you do when under the influence. /shrug.
Its been a long time since I really drank. Hmm since i meet the new wife as a matter of fact.

Well I will probably see you at some point in game hopfully we will have the same guild name.
