    General
    * Outdoor bosses seem to have an upgraded loottable now.
    * Drop rate of blue items seems improved
    * Harvesting bug introduced in last patch appears to be fixed.

    NPCS
    * Grey Elite mobs have lost their innate miss chance and damage reduction on significantly higher level characters. (will hurt high level players farming low level dungeons.)

    Player Character's

    Assassin:
    * The cooldown on the Assassin ability "Snap Kick" has been reduced to 45 seconds.

    Bear Shaman
    * The stamina, mana and health regeneration on the ability "Untamed Regeneration" has been reduced by approximately 40%. Additional damaged recieved has been increased from 10% to 15%.

    Herald of Xotli
    * Undying Glory of Xotli now gives you shield of risen after the self-res


    Confirmed Bugs Introduced
    * Gems still do not appear on the Trader after being searched for.
    * Major problems with gemmed items still being reported.
    * No type of silk will show on auction house.
    * Many reports of major FPS drops in many areas. (will continue to monitor this one for more info)


    Possible changes awaiting further verification:
    * Many mobs potentially hiting harder than they used to."

    someone posted in this thread that the 'major problems' aren't crashes, but just that the item's stat display won't update unless you zone after equipping or something like that. so, progress at least.

    This one bothers me the most......I hope it's just someone's individual experience and not a sweeping problem. With the last patch, they re-introduced the low/high rez texture flipping problem. That was all but gone before (for me). Now to have that and a reduction in frame rates is going to put a bur in my saddle. bootyshake

    EU players are reporting Elite Boss mob scaling is in place now. Meaning a grey elite boss will hit you as if they were your level.

    Not sure I like this one, sometimes getting a grp to kill one boss can be difficult. If I am finishing a grey quest this sucks. Dern farmers.

    We have been checking this issue and it is in fact the case that we intended to make it slightly harder to kill bosses that are a little bit below your own level. But the damage is currently not scaling correctly due to a bug. This has been addressed and we will fix this with one of the next updates.

    they arent doing a good job trying to keep bear shaman subscriptions Evil or Very Mad

    (sorry for the attitude but im pissed that a nerf that big to one of our most widely used abilities didnt even make the patch notes)

    Don't worry, most nerfs are stealthed in... Just like Demos a few patches back.

    The are quick to make the enhancements know, but when they nerf, they try to hide.

    To tell you the truth, I am perfectly fine with grey mobs hitting as hard as they would if they were your same level. This will help with the farming issues and overcrowded public instances like the Cistern and the Main System. I know it's a pain for you guys that are running through the Sanctum to earn coin or get that useful blue drop, but that's not really how the game is meant to be played. Those instances should be ran as a group experience, and rewarded as such. Other games don't even give you a drop for grey kills. Smile
    Their "fix" will not totally eliminate folks doing it, which is also fine, but maybe it will make it a little less attractive option.

    if this is true i beleive it falls under undocumented

    (Cost for drawing ink and parchment, for the architect profession has been lowered by 25s a piece, resulting in an overall cost reduction of 75 silver, making total cost 1.25 gold PER structure.)

    My issues with the grey mobs is that it limits the amount of content that one can do if you happen to play at times where groups are very limited. One way solo players tend to experience that content is going back at much higher levels to see the rest of the quest. With a guild as large as ours I hope that finding groups will be much easier, however that is not the case for everyone. Take away the cash but let people do their quests and experience the content.

    Cistern and Main System really need to be changed.
