I think batmans major flaw in this match up is the fact that he wont kill someone... where as the Punisher would.

NOOOO! How can you vote for batman?? He is just some pretty little rich guy with a phobia of bats. He throws all his money to fund his little crime fighting gadgets. The Punisher on the other hand served numerous tours in Nam and has to fund his operation completely through the drug dealers and mob bosses he kills. He has no Batmobile or super technology suits - but he always gets the job done. Punisher > Batman
