Make sure your upload speed is not set any higher than 25kbps. Most connections cant handle high upload speeds, and having it turned up can really kill your bandwidth.

Actually all I did was pause it for like 10 mins and came back and started it and it jumped from 90kb/sec to 350kb/sec, give it a shot

Thanks for the tip, the pause and start method seems to work too. I am downloading it on my laptop which connects wirelessly(?) (I don't know how to say that) and I plugged it into the router, a friend said that would make it go faster but there hasn't been much of a difference.

I throttled mine to 150 Kbps max since my roommate will be downloading this evening as well. If we let ours bot go to the max they would both be running at about 400kbps, which is what mine was running at for a while, we wouldn't have any bandwidth left for the midget porn.
