$3.93 for regular now, and that's at Albertsons... Oh, this is in Western Washington.

Went down a little over night $3.76 Louisville, KY

Here in Toronto Canada its $1.24 per litter don't know how that converts to per galons but i am sure its more than $4

Was 4.09 here in CT for regular on my way in today.

4.04 for regular, 4.25 for the good stuff, and over 4.50 for diesel!

3.62 to 3.75 in my part of texas

Deisel going for 4.69 and regular only $3.99, I expect to go thru the $4 mark tomorrow, at the rate it has been going up.

Your Deisel is the same as ours atm depending on the station, some are a bit more. We have an opening here at work for a part time weekend position, like 8 hours a week. The price of gas is really affecting this process because for an 8 hours shift to be worth somone driving in, they have to be close or a chunk of their pay is lost on the commute.

$4.09 for regular unleaded as of this afternoon in my town here in Michigan. Didnt see what diesel is going for.

Based on what gas used to cost that's pretty steep, but in reality it's not so tremendously expensive that it's become a luxery item or anything. We've actually had it pretty cheap overall even nowadays in America compared to a lot of countries.

About $11.00 in Bosnia right now.

I'm just glad I traded in my Yukon for a mazda 3. It would be costing me 120 to fill my tank once a week, instead of 40 now. Yay.

Well, crap. Went right through $4 and now regular is at $4.09, and deisel is at $4.99!!!

Florida broke the $5 diesel mark... saw it for 5.01! We're all doomed... Bread will be $5 a loaf soon!

3.95 in charlotte, NC. I never thought I would see 4 dollars for a gallon of gas here, its like the Loch Ness Monster. I am going through the 5 steps of greiving right now. I cant wait until every car runs on something other than gas and we shut those bastards down.

Not sure who you are calling bastards, but the reason gas is costing what it does (oh, we're not even in the top 40 countries for most expensive gas, I think we are #45 last time I checked) is because of TWO reasons: China, and India. As they gain more new drivers each day they are putting a strain on the current supply system that is unprecedented! Add to that, the OPEC countries see that their oil will not last forever (spoken about 60 years, or less), so they are making the most of it while they can.

And lastly, we haven't built any new refineries since the 70's; we couldn't make more gas even IF more oil came our way anyhow...

Just be thankful that we Americans still have enough "loose change" that we spent 20 BILLION on cell phone/text messaging LAST YEAR. So, we have a lot of room to give up before all hell breaks loose.
