    My wife and I just ran our fist 5k race together! WOOT!!

    It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. Everyone ought try it out!

    Very cool, Solana.

    I got into the habit of running after being forced to run between 2-5 miles a day for 14 years in the Army.

    Tried to break the habit after I got out, but after that long, your body refuses to cooperate with ditching something healthy, and I would feel like crap if I didn't do it.

    That's awesome! I run as well, but only about 3-4 miles 3 times a week - that's enough for me...
