What's happening to the internet?

So after digging all morning in the AoC Forums, I find what I'm looking for. Information on boss drops and such. They have some photos and maps of how to do certain things. So I go to click the first link and I notice that it's from Photobucket.com. I click it and nothing. Click again, still nothing. Try another link. Nothing.

Being the smart man that I am, I decide to go start to the source. I type in www.photobucket.com and nothing. It goes to some domain name junk. I try multiple things thinking I just typed it in wrong. I thought maybe the site has something I missed in the URL. Nope sure doesn't. Photobucket is down and I'm at work. It's acting as if photobucket has been completely removed from the internet. Anyone else getting this or am I just that dumb? I'll never remember where I found these posts. Now I can't look at all the pretty pictures.

Must have been a problem with the DNS you were hitting. DNS = Domain name server. It takes a address such as http://www.photobuck.com and turns it into it's ip address 209.17.66.11

If for any reason the DNS server was updating, down, behind a firewall, or whatever, it could have caused the problem you are describing.

That being said, I tried photobucket today from my PC and everything looks fine. If you are still having the issue... try: http://209.17.66.11/

Well I'm at work right now and these computers/internet/job that I have, are all pretty sucky. Haha. Some of the photos and such on this site wont even load properly so I bet it's just here then. I tried the wikipedia link to photobucket and that wouldn't even work. Thanks for the heads up though. I've found some pictures of my supposed epic gear that I really wanted to see.
