by I just wanted some advice on this... I am level 28 and was just curious where the best place to lvl is? I am right now in the Wild Lands, is there any other place to lvl at 28?

There are a bunch of quests to do in Khopshef Province (if that is how it is spelled!). I don't know if you have been there, if not, you will rapidly have a full quest log.

pretty much I started in kopesh, finished every thing there around 30, and now I'm working on wildlands and conall's valley, currently 35.

Go to all the starter towns and find npc's with gray quests that will start chains for you. Good fast exp if not alittle boring as they are moslt grey/green. I took today off from playing just because I'm already slightly burned from the low lvl questing at 35.

I recommend Connall's Valley. Everything is pretty close together, and The Wildlands were pretty good, but it just seemed a bit more spread out, and the quests weren't worth as much xp as Connall's. Also, I dig the storyline a lot better in Connall's. I've only been to Khopshef for my Destiny quest.

Connalls is definitly a nice place. It's in Cimmeria through Conarch Village. If you're in Khopsef go to Conarch through Old Tarantia.

I spent most of my time in Conall's Valley through the 20's. I love the snowy regions. Basically what I did after that was every 3 levels or so I'd switch from Conall's to Wild Lands to Kopshef. They're all great and it keeps the game from becoming mind numbing. They all have great story lines for their areas and plenty of quests to keep you leveling up.

The only thing I dislike about Conall is the ever-buggering Vanir all over the place... it's like you trip and fall, and Oops, you're in Vanir-Lap... Luckily, I just bash dem in da face, and all is well... 
I just hit 35 in Conall last night... only have a few of the group quests left... then it's off to Old T for a bit of the rough and tumble in the Overflow Tunnels...
