I'll try to keep this thread updated by adding and subtracting quests that are known to be bugged/fixed. Please post here and I'll make the corrections.

Nope not that one... There is a quest line called Defense of Beauty... The one you have to kill three Green NPC's after talking to them... I think it's the followup in the murder quest line. I updated it with the correct quest name.
