    I don't know if this works or not but I saw this on the AOC forums (now that I figured out how to get on them that is).

    "On your horse, use the trample ability, then your speed will be back to normal.

    CHeers."

    For the few people who have horses I thought it might help!

    Just draw your weapon and then its faster also. Still not sure if the speed is a bug or working as intended but doesn't make much sense to have a mount thats as fast as walking.

    But in the mean time draw wpn and your good to go also. Anything that brings you into combat I guess is the fix.
