TV Tuner Recommendations?

Hey all... I'm looking for a tuner (card, usb, other) to use with my rig. The only requirements is that it has to work well with Vista 64 (or Windows 7) and Windows Media Center. I would also like it to be able to do HD, ATSC, and QAM.

I just returned a SiliconDust HDHomeRun duel tuner. I had it set up for a week and could not get it working with Media Center. I was also very unhappy with the quantity/quality of the channels it was able to toon.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

my monitor has an intitreagted tuner, seperate of my PC no Tivo function, but also no one sees what I am watchign wile in a booring meeting if I am shareing my desktop.
