A) Read your guild posting on Warhammer Alliance Ulthuaan Destro Server thread. Your motto and code, seems like it would be a fit for my limited play time
Q) Are you currently in any other AoC, LOTRO, or Warhammer guilds?
A) No, tried AoC, and LOTRO for about a month each - werent my cup of tea.
Q) Have you applied to any other guilds?
A) No
Q) We like to have fun, how's your sense of humor? Not so good? Good? You're a standup comedian you say?
A) Me Orc! Me Bash You in Head! Me laugh! Me Funny? --- Ok so probably not a standup comic. But I definitely enjoy a good joke, and I certainly enjoy guild chat that is rich in humor, wit, and occasional drama. I am not a proponent of drama definitely, but somtimes other people blowing their tops over trivialities is simply hillarious.
Q) What other MMO's have you played if any: [Acquired a few skills from some other games eh? Tell us about them]
A) I have tested the waters in City of Heroes, Guildwars, DDO, and AOC. Guildwars was fun, but never got serious into it, because at the time didnt have any friends that got into game, and hadnt been able to find a suitable guild.
WOW, have been playing since BC came out so since 2007 Jan. Server: Uldum, Main: Huntersud, alt: Tanksud. Guild: Eighty Eight Raiders. Great guild, our guild site is: (I would recommend you check out our site) It is a casual raiding guild, we are presently on Archimonde, and Gurtog Bloodboil. It is a family oriented guild, lots of couples, siblings, friends, we even have parents and kids who play together. Have met some genuinely amazing people. Very organized. I am presently the Hunter Officer.
Q) What makes you want to join us over some of the other guilds? [let us know!]
A) I loved the family atmosphere in my previous guild. It allowed me to see some end game content without the pressure of playing 6 hours a night. Your guild description matches that, comments by your members on other applications reflect the kind of people I would enjoy spending time with.
Q) Please tell a little about yourself, aside from gaming. Perhaps some hobbies, about your work, favorite story etc.
A) I am an ADDICT! Addicted to Gaming, I only go to Work to support my habbit. LOL! I am presently an Implementation Manager and Business Analyst for a Software company in Montreal. Play poker with buddies every other week or so! My poker stories are mostly Bad beat stories, so unless you want to call out the WAAAAMBULANCE, no poker stories. Sci/Fi fantasy geek as well, so enjoy a good book, movie TV show of that genre. Favorite authors: George R.R. Martin, Robin Hobb, R.A. Salvatore, Carl Sagan. Used to play Warhammer 40K tabletop game back in the day, not anymore because when I was moving from Indonesia to Canada, fraking Air Canda lost my suitcase that carried my 2,000+ point Imperial Guard army! That was a ton of miniatures. And they only comped me $250 for the whole suitcase (it also contained my aunt's wedding dress). As a result havent flown Air Canada since.
I am laid back, enjoy my Heineken, and love spending time with friends.
