My DRAM frequency is 400 MHZ. I think it should be 800 yeah because of my new RAM?

It said Boom on the package. Ok well maybe not. But anyways am I correct here in thinking I need to change something to get it to recognize 800?

Yes, most motherboards have preset timings for ram. In order to harness higher speeds, you must go into your RAM Bios settings at startup and adjust them accordingly.

If it requires exact numbers, then you will need to go to Kingston's support and get the correct timing information for your pc.

Actually, 400Mhz is exactly what you should be seeing.
DDR stands for Double Data Rate. IE 2x400Mhz = 800Mhz == what you're running.
So, no worries, everything is as it should be

It really depends on what he's looking at... If he's looking at Data rate he should be getting 800... If he is looking at bus speed he should be getting 400.

I called Kingston. THey said that they have the RAM set to communicate with my computer so it is self setting at the highest speed possible.
