A) I came upon your thread in the Warhammer Alliance forums and really liked what I saw and read.

A) No, I'm not.

A) This is the first guild (and hopefully last) that I have written up an application for.

A) I always love a good laugh, and when it comes to jokes and the like, I'm quite open and I don't mind most things, but if something is rather offensive, I will speak up. Laughing makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. =D ** On a side note, I had an R/C car antenna stuck in my eye when I was 2, and it tore my tear gland, so now when I laugh, I tear as well, and usually people think I cry. Haha. **

What other MMO's have you played if any: [Acquired a few skills from
some other games eh? Tell us about them]
A) Let's see here...got addicted to MMO's when I played EverQuest and I played that for about a year or 2 until it got to the point where it was affecting my studies so I stopped for a while, then went over to Dark Age of Camelot, played a bit of City of Villains, hopped around some free MMO's like Tantra, Risk Your Life, etc.,played a bit of The Matrix Online, PlanetSide, went over to World of Warcraft for 2 years or so, Lord of The Rings Online for a bit, though I was terribly disappointed, went to EverQuest 2, missed DAoC so I went back, and now I'm in WAR. =)

Q) What makes you want to join us over some of the other guilds? [let us know!]
A) Firstly, I really find your approach to gaming and being in a guild very appealing, because the first thing I saw was that you were a casual guild and not, "We are uber hardcore, and maybe I will only invite you if your application is super awesome." I really like the fact that you guys also understand what it's like having a job and sometimes having priorities over gaming, and that you don't have time constraints like a lot of other guilds that I have looked at. I also like the fact that you are a mature guild, because, even though being with people my age or younger is alright at first, it gets tiring after all of the yelling and name-calling and at times, racism going on.

hobbies, about your work, favorite story etc.
A) Well, my name is Jay, I live in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, Green is my favorite color, I love making new friends and I love music, though I don't play an instrument. I drive a Mazda 3 Sport which is where half of my paychecks go towards, I'm turning 20 next month, and I LOVE sushi and any form of cheesecake. Also I LOVE food in general. I also love reading fiction novels, and I love going to the movies. I'm really quiet at first but once I get to know you better, I tend to open up. =)

Q) Do you have any questions for us?
A) I have a slight issue with my internet. Some days, it might cut out maybe 3-4 times within a couple of hours, but some days (like yesterday which REALLY made me happy cause of the beta), I have no problem with it, and it runs perfect. Will having random but few disconnects bring up any form of problems or issues? And do you guys have any issues when it comes to being away for a week for a wedding? Aside from that, I have no further questions. =)

Wonderful application! Sushi, yum. Since you like sushi and cheesecake, you are definitely my kind of member.

To answer your question about disconnects and being away for any period of time, we aren't the game police so we won't be kicking people out just because their internet is going all crappy on them. Also, as you know, we understand that people have lives and that weddings, vacations, work, family, etc. needs to take the front seat (at times ). We, of course, appreciate it when anyone can tell us when they know they are going to be gone for a long period of time. That way we won't worry about you and send the cops to your house looking for you!

I definitely give a on this application.

From me as well. Great application. I especially love the addiction to DAoC (mostly because I'm a huge fan of that game as well).


We're all laid back and know real life comes first so don't worry.
