Hard to judge your own sense of humor . I would like to say im a stand up comic but since i play the mmo's sitting ( standing too long hurts my feet and back , i would have to say i sitdown semi comicish type thing.

OK have a seat ... hehe. played EQ1 for years ( ran raids for a 400 person raid guild for a while ), DOAC,SWG,Shadowbane,UO,AC,AC2,City of heroes/villians ( ran both a hero supergroup and a villian group for a bit ), WoW,DDO,EQ2 ( guild leader for a while here as well ) many others im probably forgetting. the ones ive connected with ive stayed with EQ,EQ2,CoH/CoV for many years.

T H C seems a interesting blend of humor/maturity/intelligence/community that just kinda feels like a fun place for me to dive into the LotRO experience.

I am a waiter/banquet/party staff type person and the local AFB here and have waited on many various people including astronauts,generals,senators,govenors and the secretary of the air force. Hobbies have always included gaming ( once managed an EBGames ) and even played the pen and paper games back in the day. Always been a big fan of movies and I managed a small video store for near 7 years.

We have a pretty wide range of classes so play whatever is fun for you. Having fun after all is why we play games.

As for how you're contacted, you will see the approval here on the boards and the officers will generally add your toon to our friends lists and watch for you to login or if you change the character's name you can always send a tell or in-game mail to any of the officers in-game as well.

What server did you play EQ1 on?
I played it for about 5 years, that is why I bought the lifetime sub for this game. The money I could have saved then if EQ had a lifetime sub.

I played on Tunare and Ayonae ro in EQ1 . had a lvl 65 Druid,Cleric,Warrior,Rogue,Shaman and various lower lvls.
I quit eq1 just as they started adding the expansions that raised the lvl cap and such and added drops to trash mobs that could contend with what some people spent many weeks getting keyed for the plane of time to get.
I do kinda miss the days of 72 man raids with up 72 people waiting backup incase we need to fill or we wipe. but the time sink and the level of organization is a bit much for the modern mmo player ( myself included now ) .

Is being in a casual guild going to be a problem being that you have ye
olde raider's itch? Its my only concern here but then again I've never
really played LOTR (played the trial and liked it)

I'm currently playing eq2, I never really got into eq1.

as far as raiding, ive kinda gotten over that old hardcore raiding itch. starts to feel like work and takes too much time .
Occasional small raids with friends is more my style now.

story huh .... one day at work ( party staff at afb ) i was working a small function with a bunch of af security forces.
They just had a new self defense instructor come in and it was a party for him. 1 of the guys i know from many events got on the subjects of " who could kick who's butt, yada yada" all in good fun and very jokingly, when as i was walking by i joked to him that i could take anyone in the room ( im a 5'10 prob 130 pds skinny asian with long hair ). At that exact same moment , before anyone could reply or refute me, the new self defense instructor faints ( combination of dehydration and getting over a nasty illness he had at his old duty station with a touch of jetlag ) and i, standing in the corner with a glass of water im already pouring for him say ( quietly so only those in the conversation can hear ) "hhwwwaaahhhh" in my best bruce lee immatation . people were stunned . after we made sure the capn was ok, we told him the story ( he laughed wholeheartedly) and tells the story at parties i work.
