Swing dancing is a general term that includes competitive and social dances such as East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop (my favorite), Charleston, and Balboa. Basically I listen to jazz (Frank Sinatra, Big Band, Ella Fitzgerald, etc.) and swing girls around the dance floor. It's great fun.
