I’m no doubt a “mature” player being in my mid 40’s but I just love gaming. I have all my life. Owned and played Pong and Colecovision before most were born. Somewhat new to the MMO’s I have played and hated the initial launch of Vanguard, it has gotten better but still not really much different from any other MMO. My first jump into MMO’s was on Hero online, I truly found my Tank style in that game. I’m a tank in game and in real life, give me a weapon, put me in front, point to the enemy and get out of my way. I’m a team player who will help anyone who asks and would expect the same. My only beta to date was Gods and Heroes, until they shut it down. Again it looked a lot like Vanguard in roman times. AoC and it’s combat system should prove to be well worth the price of admission. I’m planning an Aquilonian Guardian as my character.I work a very demanding full time job and attend ASU three evenings per month so I would like a more laid back clan with other mature players who understand that real life intrudes sometimes. Let me be clear I’m closer to a noob then a veteran but I love to learn new stuff and those of you that have been playing these games for years have developed an enviable skill set, and I’d love to learn from you. I was part of a large pre launch guild that change to a WAR only guild and kind of left some of us up in the air with AoC. I do miss the forum chats with those players and would be looking for that from a clan as well. What ever you decide thank you for your consideration and I’ll see you in game.
