A) Los Angeles, California. More specifically Van Nuys in the San Fernando Valley.

A) I first found Hammerfist on the official Age of Conan guild recruitment forum.

A) Nope!

A) Nope!

You're a standup comedian you say?
A) I'm not a standup comedian, but my wife and I just saw Brian Regan perform in Long Beach a couple weeks ago! If you haven't heard of him, look up on youtube, he's fantastic. I consider myself to possess a solid sense of humor, I get along well with others and play nicely. =)

What other MMO's have you played if any: [Acquired a few skills from
some other games eh? Tell us about them]
A) I started playing online games in the mid-ninties when I discovered MUDs (Multi-User Dungeons). These were essentially text based MMO's that had to be played through telnet or some other nifty contraption. I remember when Everquest first came out, I got all excited and thought to myself, "Wow! A MUD with graphics!". And life went downhill from there. My college grades plummeted, my social life all but disappeared, and I developed a sickening hatred for sunshine and overall outdoorsy-ness. Luckily, I took a break from computer games for a couple years, did some positive things for society, and came back when they released Everquest 2 in 2004. My wife and I have played that game the longest out of all of them I believe. I've tried most of the popular MMO's out there, but was never able to stick with any of them for longer than a few months. Strangely enough, one MMO I keep going back to is EVE Online, it's just a solid game. Age of Conan I played for a couple months, had some good times, thanks to Hammerfist of course, but I got pretty much all that I wanted out of it. WAR, on the other hand, has done a fantastic job of keeping my interest thus far....

Q) What makes you want to join us over some of the other guilds? [let us know!]
A) Because I was in Hammerfist clan already and I absolutely loved it!

hobbies, about your work, favorite story etc.
A) I'm 27 years old, been married for 5 years, no children but we have two very naughty kitties. I'm currently attending California State University Northridge where I'm working on completing my Bachelor's in Information Systems. I work full-time for a little company called Games Workshop, you might have heard of them....=) I've been playing, I guess you can say "IRL Warhammer", for just over 2 years. I have many armies for both Warhammer Fantasy, Warhammer 40k and Lord of the Rings. For Warhammer Fantasy I have Wood Elf, Dark Elf, Empire, and Vampire Counts armies. If anyone's interested, I have a small blog where I post pictures of miniatures I've been working on. I haven't updated it in a while, but feel free to check it out. http://inaltumstudios.blogspot.com/ Since I'm full-time work and school, I don't have a lot of free time, but when I do have some, and I don't feel like painting miniatures, I enjoy reading fantasy, sci-fi, and horror novels. Right now I'm reading the Dune series by Frank Herbert, and I'm nearly done with Children of Dune. What a fantastic series!

I was a fully functional and proud member of The Hammerfist Clan during my time in Age of Conan, I simply stopped playing the game and never intended to leave the guild. Now that I'm stuck in WAR, then there's no place I'd rather be than fighting alside my friends once again!

but yeah, how attached to Order are you?

We definately need some feedback on if you plan on turning to the dark side, or it's pretty much a mute point to try and apply for the HFC.

I hate Bright Wizards.

Terrifying yet intriguing, I like it.

But yeah, we hate Bright Wizards. Why, if I was allowed to play a renegade BW who joins Destruction and seeks revenge on his fellows for major emotional trauma (making fun of his brown hair or something, I don't know), I would refuse.*


*This is a lie. I would burn the world and laugh. LAUGH.

for two reasons:

1. He is an HFC "Alumni" from AoC. I would imagine that if I should start playing WAR, I would be welcome there, even if I did make the foolish mistake of siding with Order.

2. It gives you guys somebody to pick on in WAR.
