A)Initial searching for guild in pre-game phase, and seeing a ton of folks from the guild in game.

You're a standup comedian you say?
A)I could sure say I was a standup comedian, but that certainly wouldn't make me one. I am however, into standup comedy, and will know way more than the average citizen about it. Laughing is very important to me.

What other MMO's have you played if any: [Acquired a few skills from
some other games eh? Tell us about them]
A)I've been playing around with this archetype since the MUD days. I was on Sojourn/Toril, which Sony took several admins from to develop EQ1. I've played EQ, EQ2, EQOA, WoW, SWG (very briefly), Anarchy Online (even briefer, as it killed my system twice), among others which I played long enough to dismiss.

Q) What makes you want to join us over some of the other guilds? [let us know!]
A) Numbers are very important, to be honest. I'd like to have a chance of doing something organized in game once in a while.

A) I'm unemployed at the moment, so I spend a lot of time on the game. I am a Linguist in training, so hopefully I'll get back into grad school sooner or later. I love football (both kinds!), college basketball, reading, music, and games. I can provide links to facebook and livejournal on request, where this sort of thing is laid out.

Thank you for applying, interesting humor you have, however the following took me a little aback. I understand when someone is trying to be funny and depending on the manner employed it looks like the application was rushed. I didnt think it was funny, but that is me.

Care to tell us about any of your hobbies, a good story would be nice.

I personally found it humorous. Coincidentally, I'll let you join only if you can prove to me that you are both stupider and jerkier (word?) than I (just don't include that on your app =P). Other than that, a little more elaboration on who you are, or maybe a story about that time when you walked in on your grandparents, etc.

It's a Simpsons reference. I probably should have mentioned that at least 75 percent of my speech will consist of such.

I'm not much of a storyteller. It's probably why I"m so devoted to comedians/spoken word types so much. I love nothing more than a good story, but I seem to suck ass at constructing them. Incidentally, I walked in on my sister being conceived (near as we can tell). My parents were hippies, though, so it wasn't that big a deal. I once got in trouble in second grade for describing accurately the act of intercourse using appropriate terminology. My mother was well pissed.

Seem like an interesting person.....but as stated above....give us some more information about yourself.....we are not asking you to write a novel or give us your unabridged life story...but we deff need to get a feel for ya....And if you have looked at the example applications...you will know this.

Thanks for the response, i'm not much of simpsons fan but nobody's perfect! You seem like an ok guy, I suppose I am looking for something that stands out. The parental story of your sister's conception was good tho.

Long narrations are not necessary but we certainly look at the steak and not the peas. I'll have to give this application some more thought. Did I mention you application was a little thin? Which football teams do you like?

Pie or Cake? (please explain your answer)

I dunno, I guess I'm missing what's missing.

I'm a sarcastic bastard with a brain full of obscure and not-so-obscure references. I'm 30 years old and married. I'm semi-proficient in German and have quite an extensive command of the English language. Um, I like sports, almost to a fault. I read way too many books and own ~1000 cds and 90 gigs of music (at the moment).

I'd be happy to take specific questions, I love being interviewed. Not a great spieler, however (ironic!).

Well, I was born in Kentucky and raised in Tallahassee, FL so I support the Kentucky Wildcats and the Florida State Seminoles. I can't be arsed to watch the NFL, it's friggin' boring to me. The only reason I acknowledge it is to keep track of former college players. I was a Giants fan in my youth, however.

My team in the other football is FC Bayern München. Quite passionate about this, and spend entirely too much money supporting my devotion. Actually had a chance to see them play in Chicago a couple of years ago against Manchester United (scum!).

As for cake/pie, I gotta say that's an incomplete enumeration. Why not just have cheesecake, which is about as cakey a pie and as piey a cake as you are ever likely to mosey across in this big insane world. Forced to choose, I'd say cake, but only as a vector for icing really (bad diabetic!).
