interest in playing? If Warhammer, which branch? (Destruction, Order

A)My current interest is in playing Warhammer On Line, Age of Reckoning, and for right now, I plan to play only destruction. I would like to get a main character to level 40 "first", before I create any alts or move to Order.

A)Yes I have, and I believe that I fully understand the rules and regulations governing this guild.

A)Yes I am over 18 years of age, I just turned 61 in August, and will give more explanation in the appropriate section below.

A)Yes I have read both the successful and rejected applications.

Do you have any relatives or friends currently in the guild, or were
you recruited by someone? If so, who?
A)I was not recruited by anyone in the guild. I was in a guild on another server but that guild fractured and broke up into several small cliques that are not speaking to each other. Since I am a new player, the character I had on that server in that guild was not very high, so it has been deleted. I feel that I need to be perfectly honest with you regarding this fact. I currently have no other character than the one on Red Eye Mountain Server, which will be listed below.

A) After deleting my other character I went to the Alakazam web site to look for another guild. I came across this guild listed in the fansite information. I then hit this web site and started reading about the guild, and became more interested as I read and here I am.

Q) Are you currently in any other AoC, LOTRO, or Warhammer guilds?
A) I was, but as I stated previously, I am not now in a guild and have only my squig herder character.

Q) Have you applied to any other guilds?
A) No I have not, this guild sounds to me exactly what I am looking for.

We like to have fun, how's your sense of humor? Not so good? Good?

A) I consider myself to be a fairly serious person, but have been know on occasion to fling a zinger or two into the conversation. At my age, there is plenty of material.

What other MMO's have you played if any: [Acquired a few skills from
some other games eh? Tell us about them]
A)Well . . . I have played MMORPG's for over 10 years now, and have played almost all of the major ones, also the first MMO I played was Lineage, when that game was played on a 2D map!! Whew, that was a long time ago.

Q) What makes you want to join us over some of the other guilds? [let us know!]
A) I like the no nonsense attitude of this guild. Everything is clear and concise. I like that. Also you seem like a friendly and relaxed group. I am also hoping to meet new friends in this guild.

Please tell a little about yourself, aside from gaming. Perhaps some
hobbies, about your work, favorite story etc.
A) Ok here goes; I am a 61 year old Viet Nam Vetren and am fully disabled, so alot of my time is spent in gameing. That is one of the ways I have of meeting new people and making friends. I have had cancer twice, the last time in my left kidney, and had to have my left kidney removed, so now I have only one kidney, but life is good. I like gameing and also like music, I have very eclectic tates, from jazz to rock and classical and everything in between. I paint with watercolors and am currently writing a book about my mother and her experiences during WWII. My dad was a B24 bomber pilot and she wrote him a letter a day for 3 years, and I have them all. I have a grand nephew that I am helping to send to a private school, and am currently teaching seniors how to use a PC.

Q) Do you have any questions for us?
A) Yes, if I am selected to join the guild, is that anything that I can do to help out? I am very pro-active and have been a recruiting officer for a guild I was in in WoW.

When I was in junior high, I did a project relating to the letters my grandparents exchanged while he was overseas during WWII. It was about what life was like for the wives when their husbands were gone for the war. There were so many letters, and it really was fascinating to read them, especially once my aunt was born (in 1944 when grandpa was in England) and he got to read about his first daughter. My grandparents passed away quite a few years ago, but yesterday would have been my grandpa's 100th birthday, so I've been thinking about them a lot lately. Anyway, I'm sure your mother's letters will make a great book. My husband is actually working on an edit/re-write of a book about his grandpa's WWII experiences. People have so many interesting stories--I really think it's important to get them down and share them!

Anyway, I think you're a great fit overall! You seem like a very interesting and cool guy.
